Today I am the guest on DriveThruHR, the Blog Talk Radio show hosted by Bryan Wempen. His theme this week is union activity. My topic is “Concerted Activity” and why everyone in HR, especially non-union HR should know about it.

Got an email last week asking me about sharing my AHA moment from/with a traveling band of production gypsies, not exactly and in fact they are actually much cooler than that…

But I’ve always had a personal expectation and assumption that everyone evolves in their thinking with every conversation. Usually you have to exhaust a subject to really get to the “best perspectives” versus the “best practices”.
