Well, I'm a entrepreneur and technology-evangelistic HR professional with 15+ years of experience in start-ups, private and public organizations. I'm definitely a vocal advocate for improving and advancing the Human Resources profession.

I support several HR volunteer organizations:
-2010/11 President for Tulsa Area Human Resource Association,
-2010 Oklahoma State Council for HR Management
-2010 Co-Chair of Oklahoma HR State Conference

My current role (real job) is VP, Talent Solutions for PeopleClues® a global provider of behavioral assessments and people technology. We are serving clients and partners in 10 countries worldwide.
